Lisa Foster
Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach
A Journey Rooted in Personal Healing
My passion for health coaching began with my own wellness journey. From childhood through my twenties, I faced chronic health challenges—fatigue, fibromyalgia, migraines, digestive issues, and frequent infections—with few answers from conventional medicine. Frustrated but determined, I became my own advocate, diving into research, connecting with holistic practitioners, and learning how nutrition, stress, and lifestyle choices could restore my health. One day, after years of trial and error, I was finally able to say, “I feel my best—today.”
Real-Life Experience Meets Professional Training
As a busy mom of three and a marketing professional, I knew first-hand the challenge of making health a priority. I went on to study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and earned multiple certifications including, Functional Nutrition, Diabetes Educator, Nutritional Leadership Training and Menopause Specialist and more. In 2012, I launched my private practice and has since supported hundreds of individuals and corporate teams in achieving meaningful, sustainable change.
Whole-Person Support for Real-Life Wellness
I worked with patients across two major hospital systems in the Philadelphia region, coaching individuals with conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, autoimmune issues, digestive disorders, and more. I understand most people don’t need extreme overhauls—they need simple, realistic changes that fit into their daily lives.
